I've lost 14kgs

I am SO proud of myself. I started at 86kg (189lbs) and I’m currently 73kg (158lbs) and I’m not finished yet.

It’s amazing to see the difference in photos. I have really gotten my body confidence back! I’ve gone from (Australian) size 16 to a size 12.

Of course, waxed eyebrows and better hair helps too…

You look so nice! I love that you call it ‘body confidence’. That feeling is slowly returning for me too, I just didn’t know what to call it.
